Yamuna Expressway Authority Plots

In the third quarter of 2009, YEIDA launched its first residential scheme. Around 21,000 plots were allotted through a draw system in multiple sizes, with the majority being 300 square meters. These plots were allotted at a base price of ₹4,750 per sq. meter and are now available for resale at premium rates, depending on the size and location.
Recently, Yamuna Authority has also allotted 300 sq. meter plots in Sector 18 – Type 1, adding to the growing demand and investment potential in this region.
